Voice Description
My voice can be warm and deep for narrations, sexy and fun for commercials, smooth and professional for presentations. I can also sound light and whimsical for children's and educational materials. I can do a number of character voices, including a convincing array of Brittish accents. I can speak with very clear diction and pronunciation without sounding stiff. As a voice talent I am very versatile and extremely coachable.

My Training
I was trained under some great drama teachers and directors at Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, TN. I used to compete at forensics competitions in Dramatic Interpretation.
I did a two week summer intensive at the University of Iowa in 1995 to improve my acting and speaking skills.
In college my interest in theater continued, and there I honed my expressive speaking skills even further.
Other than that, my training has come from actually working in the field. I am highly coachable and use every job as an opportunity to improve my skills. This is the best form of training that I know of.
